This group Reformer class will incorporate all levels of work to challenge those new and experienced to Pilates. A great workout to help strengthen your mind and your muscles!
At least 3 previous Reformer sessions are required.
Reformer+ will strengthen, lengthen and tone your body while invigorating the mind using a variety of props and Pilates Apparatuses including Reformer, Jump Board, and Tower. Suitable for all levels.
Clients must complete our Intro 3 Reformer sessions or have equivalent Private or Semi-Private experience on Reformer.
Poise Mixed Equipment
For experienced and Advanced level students who wish to vary and deepen their Pilates practice using the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat work all in the same hour! This class is challenging, fast paced, and dynamic. Because of its complexity, students must have completed all our prerequisites listed below, be familiar with how to safely change the equipment, as well as Pilates terminology and movement on each apparatus. If you aren’t sure if this applies to you, please ask us!
Prerequisites: Pilates Intro 3 pack; minimum ten (10) Group Reformer Classes.
In a Private Pilates session, you experience a 55-minute workout customized to your body’s specific level and specific desired focus – whether you are rehabilitating an injury, desiring enhanced knowledge, wanting to work on new equipment, or advanced exercises - Private sessions accelerate your results!
Our skilled instructors will expertly evaluate your goals and give you the individualized attention you deserve. Utilizing a variety of the Pilates Method Equipment, Private sessions allow a unique whole body experience giving you the ability to progress quicker and reach your goals faster.
